Shannon Chastain Browning
Owner/CEO
Shannon is our fearless leader and as such wears many hats in the business! As our leader she oversees all functions of the business and provides everyone with the support needed every day. Shannon’s experience, as well as our talented foreman’s experience has allowed CCS to become a successful business and stand out amongst our competition.
Shannon’s mother, Barbara Chastain, founded the business in 1974 and since Shannon came into the business full time at the age of 19, her goal has been to uphold her mother’s legacy while also working towards a bright future for CCS so that she may leave a legacy of her own behind for her children.
Shannon enjoys her free time by spending time with family and friends, gardening, cooking, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, and of course shopping!
Steve Browning
Director of Preconstruction
Steve Browning provides CCS with over 35 years of experience in Construction services. Steve grew up in construction with his father and always wanted to go into the field. He joined CCS in 2001 and hasn’t stopped helping the company grow and succeed since then!
Steve spends his personal time with family. He is an outdoor enthusiast and loves to hunt and fish with his sons on the weekends.
Liz Browning Golden
COO
Liz grew up in the business, and some of her favorite childhood memories were being able to see the inner workings of CCS and its numerous job sites. Liz joined CCS part-time in 2009 and, upon completion of her Master’s degree, joined CCS full-time as a Project Manager.
Liz loves to spend her free time camping with her husband & son. She loves pickling fresh veggies from her home garden, and there is bound to always be a paintbrush out because she is painting something, whether it is a wall or an art project.
Tim McGuire
Operations Manager
One of Tim’s favorite things is to talk to customers, whether that be existing or potential! Tim is lucky because as the Sales Account Manager for CCS he gets to do that every day. Through these conversations he gets to develop long term relationships and provide the upmost quality service to our customer base. Tim has experience in technology as well Residential and Commercial construction and has 15+ years of experience. Tim has been with CCS for over 6 years and looks forward to continuing to grow with CCS.
Tim lives in Jasper, Georgia and is kept busy by his wife and 3 daughters! He spends his free time restoring muscle cars and keeps active by hiking and kayaking in the Georgia wilderness.
Adam Paul
Business Development & Sales
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Adam brings a strong foundation of knowledge, relationship-building, and results-driven sales expertise to every client interaction. Adam is passionate about helping customers find the right solutions while delivering a high level of service and integrity.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys hunting & fishing, and spending time with his wife and their three daughters.

Saray Garcia
Estimator
In my free time, I love spending quality time with my family and friends whether it’s a cozy night in or a fun outing. Road trips are another favorite of mine; there’s nothing like exploring new places and making memories along the way. And of course, I'm always up for a good binge-watch session as it is one of my favorite ways to relax.
Conor Browning
Exteriors Superintendent
As a third-generation member of the family business, Conor brings a lifelong passion for construction, craftsmanship, and working alongside his family. In his role as Exteriors Superintendent, he enjoys being hands-on in the field and helping deliver quality projects built on the values that have guided CCS for generations.
Outside of work, Conor enjoys spending time outdoors & competitively showing cutting horses, a passion that reflects his dedication, discipline, and attention to detail.
Ally Wood
Assistant Project Manager
As an Assistant Project Manager with CCS, Ally strives every day to ensure all projects are running smoothly and efficiently. She aids in scheduling, billing, job walks, safety certifications, warehouse & equipment management, and many more tasks daily. Ally is our go-to for assistance in any task and is always willing to do what is necessary for the job to succeed. She has been with CCS for 3 years now but has a background in excavation and veterinary medicine before coming to us.
Ally currently lives in Dallas, Georgia and spends her free time with family and friends always planning a gathering. She has a miniature dachshund, Isla, who goes everywhere with her and her husband. Ally is always down for an adventure from a spur of the moment trip to the mountains to a concert or Braves game. Ally plans to continue to grow within the company and aid CCS in a successful future.
Tate Shuping
Human Resources and Payroll Specialist
As the Human Resources and Payroll Specialist for CCS, Tate processes all paperwork related to the employees including but not limited to new hire paperwork, time sheets and payroll reports. Tate provides 12+ years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll to CCS. Tate has been with CCS for over 5 years and looks forward to many more years to come!
Tate lives in Acworth, Georgia and spends her free time with her husband, Cameron as well as her pup Penny! She is a horror movie aficionado and loves seeing the leaves change every fall! She also plans on spending time in the future dedicated to continuing her education in Human Resources so she can better assist CCS and all its employees with the best knowledge.
Joanna Ortiz
Human Resources Assistant
As a bilingual Human Resources Assistant, Joanna supports the Human Resources department while serving as a bridge of communication for all employees. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor's degree in Humanities and Social Sciences and brings that knowledge into the workplace. Joanna is also committed to continuing her education and plans to further develop her skills in Human Resources.
Joanna currently lives in Cartersville, Georgia, and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. She loves attending outdoor events, including Atlanta Braves and Atlanta United games, and exploring the Atlanta Beltline. Joanna looks forward to continuing to grow within the company and contributing to CCS's continued success.
Jessica Reagin
Office Administrator
With over 10 years of experience in administrative roles, Jessica currently supports CCS as an Office Administrator, where she assists with payroll, invoicing, and travel coordination. Before joining CCS, she combined her organizational skills with her passion for mental health by marketing psychological services to police and public safety departments—a cause she remains actively involved in today. Outside of work, she enjoys running, playing social deduction games with friends, and spoiling her beloved cats.
